When it comes to back-to-school sales, retailers and the marketers are shifting away from focusing on younger students alone. Now, retailers are targeting college-bound and college-aged people in hopes of improving their sales. Stores such as Wal-Mart and Target have already begun developing marketing platforms and products, like comforters, geared to the college crowd.
