2013 may forever be seen as the year that American consumers and American chefs demanded healthier food. Many restaurants long known for using mass amounts of butter and serving large portions of fatty meat have recently decided against such unhealthy menus, trading in some of their most popular dishes for equally tasty, but healthier dishes.
