There are many things retail associates can do to elevate a product’s value, but the most important is getting the customer to experience the product. This can be done by creating anticipation, presenting the product with elegance and flair, and encouraging the customer to “see it for themselves.” When done with kindness and class, retail associates can help their customers visualize what it would be like to own the product, making them that much more likely to make a purchase.
