More and more tetailers are taking advantage of technology to impact their own customers. CVS Pharmacy uses it to help their customers refill drug prescriptions, for instance, while Oasis Clothing has installed in-store iPads to making ordering merchandise much easier. MLB has even tested a new app called Ballpark that offers discounts to ticket holders and helps them find their seats.
