In a promising indication of the country’s economic recovery, a number of larger retailers enjoyed significant profits last year. Through the years’ first three economic quarters, large retailers had experienced 10 percent growth, according to data from the Commerce Department, the largest such increase since 2010. Hopefully this means more jobs will be created soon.
