A recent survey of restaurants conducted by MillerPulse shows that quick-service restaurants have recently had an increase in sales over full-service restaurants, which have continued to struggle since late 2011. MillerPulse infers that this trend is a result of consumers thinking more economically, rather than spending freely. Despite this recent trend, full-service restaurants continue to be optimistic about their futures.
