Trying to view how your customer sees your store can be beneficial as it may highlight things that must change to appeal and attract more customers. Some questions to ask yourself are: What is most/least appealing? How do I feel when I enter the store? Does anything look out of place? Does anything seem off brand? It is easy to navigate?
