According to a recent study conducted by mobile marketing firm Maxymiser, many mobile marketers have their work cut out for them if they want to retain their business’s customers. The study reveals a number of interesting statistics regarding the attitude and behavior of mobile users, including that 30 percent would visit a competitors mobile website if they found the one they intended to view slow and cumbersome—loyalty be darned.
