Companies who consistently apply customer service best practices and are confident in their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data show markedly better performance metrics than companies who do not, says a new study from Miller Heiman Research Institute. In some cases, the performance gap was 25% between companies that consistently applied CRM best practices and those that did not.
